Oh and look what arrived just before the holidays! The shibori komon! I was a little scared that this kimono wouldn't suit me, but now I know for sure that these big geometrical patterns suit me very well (just like my blue asanoha komon). I have a new favorite kimono and the size is just amazing.
I also tried to make a little tutorial of the musubi that I was wearing with this kimono. Some ladies asked me how I tied it. So here it is. It's not the best quality, but for a first tutorial i'm quite happy.
For this musubi it is best to use a reversible hanhaba obi and make sure both sides have the same length (^_~) good luck!
